Happy (belated) Chinese New Year! This year, we celebrated the new year in our usual fashion: with LOTS of eating, and passing around lucky red envelopes filled with money.
This is the Year of the Dragon, supposedly the luckiest in the Chinese zodiac. So we are going to be having a little dragon baby! Dragons are supposed to be smart, energetic, and extroverted but also quick-tempered and hot-headed (!)
Lots of our Chinese family members and friends have asked us if we purposely planned to have a Dragon baby. Uh, no. But it sounds like millions of other people did.
Also, we found out last week that we are having.... a baby boy! We're pretty excited for our little Dragon Boy

Of course your dragon baby will be smart! And if he's so smart, maybe he can afford to be a little hot-headed, ya know?!
And so the passing on of baby boy boxes of clothes begins...
