Sunday Night Projects

Jay and I have very different interests. It struck me that our Sunday night projects really reflected that.

Lately, I have been trying new recipes with bigger chunks of meat (e.g. a whole chicken! a pot roast!):

Ever since Jay bought himself us a new tv, he's been having a great time buying all the accessories - like the HDMI cables and such. The TV really is much better looking with HD channels, but we weren't sure if we wanted to invest in a HD-PVR quite yet so Jay spent $6 and on a Sunday night, he made his own HD antenna using a converter and wire clothes hangers. Pretty neat! And it gives us about a dozen HD channels - for free! Not a bad way to spend $6
